Wacom Tablet on a desk

I’d originally made this post about getting a 3-button mouse, but by the time I got to ZBrush I had no chance. I just don’t see how you can be proficient in the program without pressure sensitivity.

I had an old Wacom Intuos3 honker, but I think Wacom stopped updating the drivers because I couldn’t even open the preferences without having it crash. So, I returned the mouse I’d just purchased a couple weeks ago in favor of a new Wacom Intuos Pro. So far so good.

Tablets are a bit like riding a bike. I’d used my old one heavily before I found myself primarily writing code. But even after years of only using a mouse and keyboard, it didn’t take long to get back in the groove. The hardest part was deciding on using my thumb or pointer finger on the stylus buttons. I went with thumb.
